Returns/Exchanges

GRLSWIRL Merchandise

Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your item if you'd like to return or exchange your order. Items must be unworn and unused with tags still attached to receive a store credit. We do not offer monetary returns, only returns for store credit.

Customers are responsible for their own return / exchange labels, store credits are issued after item is received at our HQ.

All sale items are final. NO exceptions.

Carver board information

Thank you for purchasing a GRLSWIRL Carver Board! We know sometimes items don't work out, so here's what to do if you need to return: you may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (unless you purchased item on sale).  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please note, if there is an error made on behalf of the consumer in providing all of the necessary and correct information to process your order, you will be liable for the shipping costs. So make sure your information and shipping address is correct! Please always review your sales order confirmation that is emailed to you for accuracy. This sales order confirmation contains all of the details of your order. There is a 2 day recession period where you have the ability to cancel or modify your order.

Returns can also be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions.

Limited manufacturer's warranty

Grlswirl warrants its consumable skateboard parts against defects for the first 30 days from purchase. Defective Product can be returned to Grlswirl within thirty (30) days of sale for repair or replacement. No refunds will be honored on any used product. All defective Product claims will be handled on an individual basis by our customer service department. Retailer should refer all warranty claims directly to our warranty processing team at info@grlswirl.com. Used, broken, warped, twisted, and damaged decks are not covered under Grlswirl’s warranty policy. Wood is a natural material sensitive to exposure to environmental conditions such as humidity, temperature extremes and improper storage such as in direct sun, a cold or damp garage, hot car, etc. Any physical modifications to shape or bolt hole patterns, visible damage due to contact with vehicles, or improper exposure to water, rain or mud voids manufacturer’s warranty.

Our guarantee covers your trucks against defects in materials and workmanship. If you have problems with your Grlswirl Trucks, send us a photo and a detailed description of the problem along with a copy of your sales receipt to: info@grlswirl.com

This Truck Guarantee does not cover breakage or wear due to:

Damage caused by accident, improper care or installation, negligence, drilling or tampering with the original design.

Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, such as scratches, rust or corrosion.

Consumable truck components that can wear out or break from normal use, such as bushings, pivot cups, kingpins, thrust bearings, links and springs.

Consumable Skateboard parts such as wood decks, grip tape, risers, wheels and wheel bearings.

Cariuma shoe information

Cariuma shoes purchased on our website can be returned or exchanged. Please reach out to info@grlswirl.com to begin process.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

You will receive a confirmation when your order ships with all tracking information. We’re a small team - shipping items ourselves from our garage! We thank you for your patience :) Please email info@grlswirl.com with any questions

Domestic Orders

All shipping costs are calculated at check out. You can expect your items to ship within 5 days of placing your order, and orders are generally received 5-10 business days after shipping.

International Orders

Wow, we’re so stoked to have GRLSWIRL across the world. Shipping is calculated at check out. You must include your email and your phone number on orders. Please be aware that when ordering international, your country could have an import tax / fee. GRLSWIRL is not responsible for any import tax or fee. Check with your local fees before purchasing so you are not surprised with additional costs upon receiving your order. GRLSWIRL is not responsible for items sent back or stuck in customs due to not paying import fees.

Cariuma Shoes

Free domestic and international shipping on all Cariuma shoes! Cariuma shoes are shipped from Cariuma warehouse. If you order multiple items from the site in the same order as Cariumas, be aware they will be shipped at different times.

Carver Boards

Carver boards are shipped from Carver warehouse. If you order multiple items from the site in the same order as a Carver board, be aware they will be shipped at different times.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
