We’re focused on creating a safe and inclusive space for all people, while bringing together community in skateboarding.

A mixture of urban cityscape and nature, the New York chapter is filled with eclectic characters that love to teach, skate the parks, and cruise the streets. We love to ride in open spaces surrounded by trees, and divided by skate ramps. Come Swirl with us!

she/her

Kristen loves to skate fast, make noise, and have fun - you’ll often find her doing bert-slides and power slides, trying to emulate the old-school style of skateboarding.

Windle

she/her

Windle is a fun, loving free spirit who carries that into her skating. She loves connecting with others and having a good time carving her way through NYC.

GRLSWIRL Chapters worldwide are SWIRL

A collective of communities around the globe whose main purpose is to gather & provide a welcoming space for all who feel called to join like-minded folks on a journey of friendship and skate! All skate skill levels and all board types are welcome to join a group skate. Group skates are free for all who carry the GRLSWIRL spirit!
